GENERAL

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I will not create work containing the following:

anything considered offensive (EX: racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.), NSFW, realistic/heavy gore

I Will Do: Dragons, Fantasy creatures, animals, Furrys, Pokemon, OcxCanon or shipp art. Mainly, but if you have any questions you may ask.

PAYMENT

I'm only accepting Paypal at the moment.

For your protection and mine, full payment is preferred before starting.

REVISIONS

I will send a first wip with the sketch and you can tell me what you want to change, remove or add.

Once the sketch is confirmed, I will send a WIP with the base colors and you can give me feedback to make sure it meets your expectations.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY DATE

I have no problem with delivery dates, but you must specify at least 7 days in advance so i can work

My estimated turnaround time is 3 days to a week from the start of a piece. However, it can be extended due to revisions and details.

USE

You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.

This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc.

You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.

My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.

REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN IF

I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or i have not yet begun your commission and two months or more have passed since you have fully paid for your commission

COMMUNICATION

If I'm working on your commission, you can ask me for a wip each day. (Please note that time zone differences may affect my response time)

Character Design Terms Of Service

When you own a design/adoptable of me

You Can:

✓Trade/Regift them.

✓Make different versions of the design (Human design for a feral design) or alternative looks. But please, Do not make these versions to sell or trade.

✓Resell, but not at a higher price than you paid for it, unless there are more pieces of art of the character. (Art created by AI does not count for resell)

You Can't:

•Say that you're the one that designed them. You must give appropriate credit

•Refund them, unless previously negotiated

•Make them into a species to sell

•Obtain character art using AI

If you're on Toyhouse, please do not hide my designs. If you wish to private it, allow me to view it via authorization. I would like to keep track of my designs

After that, you can do whatever you like with the design!
